MUSEO is an exercise in perseverance. In the midst of the post-photographic era and the turbulent times in which we live, stopping and pausing means resisting, refusing and slowing down in order to look back and rethink the environment, oneself and one’s own artistic practice.

The images, captured in various busy museum spaces, are the result of waiting, patience and contemplation in order to find stillness, order and harmony. Through these abstract compositions, the architecture rises above its utilitarian function, inviting the viewer to a sensory experience that defies conventional perception.

With these photographs, which are technically and aesthetically pure, García reconnects with his origins with the intention of creating a pause that gives him a space for rest and reflection. By transforming the mundane into the sublime, he evokes a new way of seeing and feeling architectural space, where each image becomes a dialogue between the structure and the viewer, a bridge to a deeper understanding of our urban and cultural environment”.
