A series that documents daily life on the streets of Lima, the capital of Peru, between the end of the 80s and the beginning of the 90s, and later between the end of the 90s and the beginning of the 2000s.
Lima Hoy observes the daily life of those complex, precarious and violent years in the city, a visual metaphor from the author’s personal perspective. These are short stories that are linked even though they belong to different times and places, but what they have in common is sometimes chaos, deprivation, love, parenthood, hope, vanity, celebration, memory, joy, religious faith, the existence of all of these in a place called Lima.
